Eli is fantastic – you can tell he cares about the birds. He’s always willing to answer any and all questions you may have. He’s very accommodating. And his prices are very reasonable. Look no further when you want to purchase an exotic bird!

I have worked with parrots for nearly 20 years and have been to many pet stores And Breeding facilities that sell birds and supplies, this has to be the cleanest one I’ve been to. The staff is simply Amazing!! There is no doubt they all have a passion for birds. Every bird here is so well socialized and healthy. I went there earlier this week to find a new family member and found one! The guy that helped us where super helpful and knowledgeable. Loki has been with us for 2 days now and he’s perfect for our family. He has already learned to step up and enjoys free flying around the house and even sitting with me on the couch getting pets. You can see the passion they have in their eyes and you can see how well taken care of all the birds are in the store! Also, Alexis and Joyce will tell it like it is! They tell you the absolute truth about whichever breed you are looking at. They aren’t just looking to make a sale, they want their babies to find forever homes! It also helps that they have TONS of bird toys, treats and food. I always end up spending over an hour looking around! One of the best bird places ever 💕

Absolutely the best! We booked a vacation and flight to come see these in person. I am thrilled to be the new mom to Quills, #54.. He is so well adjusted and prepared for a magnificent future. I found my Congo African Grey, Lola, at Patch Parrot Shop. I live out of state and the staff had made the rehoming process very easy. If I had questions or concerns about Lola after she had arrived home, they were always very informative and helpful.

We picked up this super friendly and fun little bird a few days ago and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The owner answered my 101 questions gladly about how to best care for her. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking to buy a parrot to come here and shop for a wonderfully raised parrot.

After months of visiting Parrot patch, my husband Angél and I pulled the trigger in adopting Angél and brought him home! Great place to get a baby! (I refer to birds as babies cuz they’re so cute and full of love lol) I got my black Lori from Chester Parrots a couple years ago and I still have this beautiful girl with me. She is just the sweetest and if you have any questions he readily answers it. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and friendly! If you’re figuring out where to get your baby I would recommend coming here

I got my baby bird Kazoo from Eli 2 weeks ago and he is doing wonderfully! I highly recommend Birdman’s Parrots to anyone looking to add a feathered friend to your family. He is very good about keeping you updated and sending you progress pictures and videos. I will be going to him for all my future bird needs!

Eli is the best! His birds are extremely well cared for and happy. Eli will patiently answer any and all questions, never makes you feel like an imposition or stupid. When I picked up our baby African Grey, Eli was happy he was going to a permanent home yet seemed a little sad that he was leaving also. You can just tell how much he cares for them all. If I get another bird (currently have 3) it’ll be from Chester Parrots!

We welcomed Sweetie a few weeks ago to Louisville. First time ever I purchased an animal out of state. She arrived happy and healthy via her Delta airlines ride. She is still mastering the perch on my finger, but loves rubs and will walk on my open hand. She chirps and plays and seems to have gotten accommodated to our new noises. Eli was very responsive by text and phone with questions and her acclimation here with us after her arrival. Definitely recommend Eli and his birds!

my husband just purchased a 5 month old female African Grey for me from this awesome store! we spent about two hours in the store, very welcoming, properly educated staff, & ENDLESS options of accessories, proper feed per your winged friend, &what a great selection of all types of birds!!! we are going back next week to add to our flock! incredible store, this is definitely our “GO-TO”!

We found TMBE on Google and decided to take the drive, you will not regret visiting this store. EXTREMELY clean, the staff was absolutely amazing, a HUGE variety of birds. We went there just to look and meet birds we haven’t gotten the chance to meet and ended up leaving with a B&G macaw. All the birds are so socialized and friendly, you could handle every bird in the store, not to mention the huge variety of toys and stands. We will never go anywhere else. This is “Lil Burt” we are working on a new name

We got our African Grey from Chester Parrots. We are extremely satisfied with the entire experience. From Eli answering all of our pre-purchase questions to all of our questions we have had since receiving our baby girl.
